DISCUSSION: The Acting Director, Nebraska Service Center, denied the third preference immigrant visa 
petition. The matter is before the Administrative Appeals Office on appeal. On August 10, 2007 the petitioner 
submitted a letter dated July 11, 2007 to the Administrative Appeals Office withdrawing the appeal filed on 
November 16,2005. The withdrawal may not be retracted 8 C.F.R. 5 103.2(b)(6). 
ORDER: The appeal is dismissed based upon its withdrawal.
