This is the decision of the Administrative Appeals Office in your case. 
DISCUSSION: The Director, California Service Center, denied the immigrant visa petition. The matter is 
before the Administrative Appeals Office ("AAO") on appeal. On August 7, 2007, the AAO received a letter 
from counsel requesting that the I-290B appeal related to 1-140 petition be withdrawn. The AAO will 
accordingly withdraw the petition from any further processing. The withdrawal may not be retracted. See 8 
C.F.R. 9 103.2(b)(6). 
ORDER: The appeal is dismissed based upon its withdrawal.
