DISCUSSION: 
The service center denied the nonimmigrant visa petition. The matter is now on appeal before the 
Administrative Appeals Office (AAO). On June 21, 2005 counsel submitted a letter to the AAO, in 
accordance with 8 C.F.R. 5 103.3(a)(2)(ix), requesting that the petitioner's appeal be withdrawn. 
ORDER: The appeal is dismissed based upon its withdrawal.
