dismissed EB-1C Case: Bakery Equipment
Decision Summary
The appeal was summarily dismissed because the petitioner failed to identify any specific erroneous conclusion of law or statement of fact as required. The petitioner indicated they would submit a brief and additional evidence but failed to do so, thus not overcoming the director's finding that the beneficiary's employment abroad and proposed employment in the U.S. were not established as qualifying managerial or executive positions.
