DISCUSSION: The visa petition was denied by the Director, Nebraska Service Center. The petitioner filed a motion to reopen. The director then reopened the case and reaffirmed the decision to deny the petition. That decision was appealed to the AAO. On November 24,2009, the petitioner submitted a request that this appeal, having receipt number LIN 08 179 52380, be withdrawn. The withdrawal may not be retracted. 8 C.F.R. 5 103.2(b)(6).
