DISCUSSION: The Director, Texas Service Center, denied the visa petition. The matter is now before the 
Administrative Appeals Office on appeal. On November 19,2008, the petitioner, through counsel, requested 
that the appeal be withdrawn. 
All documents have been returned to the office that originally decided the case. Any firther inquiry must be 
made to that office.
