The Petitioner seeks to employ the Beneficiary permanently in the United States as a Systems Analyst. 
See section 203(b)(3)(A)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. ยง 1153(b)(3)(A)(ii). 
The Director, Texas Service Center, denied the petition. The matter is now before us on appeal. 
On September 21, 2015, the Petitioner requested that the appeal be withdrawn. The appeal will be 
dismissed based on its withdrawal by the Petitioner. The withdrawal may not be retracted. 8 C.F.R. 
ยง 103.2(b)(6). 
ORDER: The appeal is dismissed.
