APPEAL OF TEXAS SERVICE CENTER DECISION Non-Precedent Decision of the Administrative Appeals Office DATE: OCT. 30, 2015 PETITION: FORM I-140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER The Petitioner seeks to employ the Beneficiary permanently in the United States as a Systems Analyst. See section 203(b)(3)(A)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. ยง 1153(b)(3)(A)(ii). The Director, Texas Service Center, denied the petition. The matter is now before us on appeal. On September 21, 2015, the Petitioner requested that the appeal be withdrawn. The appeal will be dismissed based on its withdrawal by the Petitioner.
