PETITION: FORM 1-129. PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER 
The Petitioner. a manufacturer of automated golf tees. seeks to continue the Beneficiary"s temporary 
employment as its operations and installations manager under the L-1 A nonimmigrant classification tiJr 
intracompany transferees. See Immigration and Nationality Act (the Act) section IOI(a)(I5)(L). 
8 U .S.C. ~ II 0 I (a)( 15)( L). The L-1 A classification allows a corporation or other legal entity (including 
its afliliate or subsidiary) to transfer a qualifying foreign employee to the United States to work 
temporarily in a managerial or executive capacity. 
The Director of the Vcnnont Service Center revoked the approval of the petition. concluding that the 
Petitioner did not establish that it employed the Beneficiary in a managerial or executive capacity at the 
time it tiled the petition. The matter is now before us on appeal. 
A review of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services records shows that this Beneficiary is also the 
beneficiary of an approved Form 1-140. Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. tiled by the Petitioner. 
and he has adjusted status to that of a lawful pennanent resident as of September 2017. While the 
Petitioner has not withdrawn its appeal. the issues in this proceeding arc now moot in light of the 
Beneficiary" s permanent resident status. 
ORDER: The appeal is dismissed.
